Urgent Property Acquisition Update
Dear Spark Rescue Community,
We are deeply grateful for your unwavering support—and right now, we need you more than ever. Since June 2024, we lined up a 10%‑down, low‑rate loan with a local bank and identified the perfect property at an affordable price. We submitted our offer and requested a pre‑qualification letter… only to learn that the loan wasn’t available to nonprofits and were passed to a new lender who then went silent. That delay caused our offer to expire, and we’re racing against the clock to make a new one.
Why This Property Matters
• Expanded Rescue Capacity: A dedicated facility means we can house more rescues on‑site instead of relying solely on private homes.
• Sustainable Funding: We plan to launch an on‑site doggy daycare, generating revenue to sustain rescue operations and repay any loan.
• Community Hub: A permanent home for adoption events, training classes, and volunteer activities—bringing our supporters even closer to the mission.
